Cocoon House

Partners with young people, families, and the community to break the cycle of youth homelessness through outreach, housing, prevention, education, and employment support.

Friends of Youth

Provides trauma-informed, comprehensive supportive services—like safe spaces, housing, and counseling—to empower youth, young adults, and families facing homelessness, foster care, and behavioral health challenges across East King County.

PFLAG Skagit

A local chapter providing support groups, education, advocacy, and community connection to LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies throughout Skagit County.

PFLAG Stanwood‑Camano

A regional PFLAG chapter offering safe, confidential monthly support meetings and educational events to uplift LGBTQIA+ individuals, their families, and allies in the Stanwood‑Camano community.

PFLAG Seattle

A well-established, volunteer-driven chapter providing peer-to-peer support, advocacy, and free resources to foster an inclusive world for LGBTQ+ people, their families, and allies across Seattle and beyond.

UCSF Transgender Care

A multidisciplinary, evidence-based program offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and supportive care — including hormone therapy, surgery, and voice services — for transgender and gender‑diverse adults at UCSF Medical Center  .

Vancouver Coastal Health

As a regional health authority, Vancouver Coastal Health provides inclusive primary, mental health, surgical, and specialized supports—such as gender‑affirming surgery, STOP HIV outreach, and Prism Services—to care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community .

WPATH – World Professional Association for Transgender Health

An international, interdisciplinary nonprofit that advances evidence-based transgender health care worldwide by publishing the highly respected Standards of Care, conducting research, fostering education, and advocating for best practices .

The nation’s first technical assistance center serving LGBTQ+ older adults, delivering training, resources, and support to providers to improve culturally competent aging services.
